Ministry Fair This Sunday!Come to the Christ Church Pelham Parish Ministry Fair on Sunday, September 13th, after the 8:00 and 10:00 Liturgies ... in Hoag Hall, combined with Coffee Hour. Our Parish Ministry Fair is an informative community event at which we will showcase our active groups, committees, and volunteer programs. The Ministry Fair will feature interactive booths all around the hall at which information about parish groups will be available from members of that group. There will be sign-up sheets and the opportunity to ask questions. Each group is also welcome bring refreshments.... ( coffee ,tea etc will be provided by the parish.) This is an opportunity to meet the leaders, members and volunteers. We see this as an opportunity for all parishoners to use their gifts as a part of the many ministries in our Christ Church Parish Family. Each organization is invited to Prepare, Decorate and Attend to your booth/table.... the more creative the better. There will be a prize for the most creative booth! Setup Instructions! Please note that setup and decorating for the Parish Ministry Fair will take place next Saturday, September 12th, between 1:00 PM and 6:30 PM at the church. Please drop by during this window to get your ministry's table ready and decorated. As a reminder, there will be a prize for the most creative booth!
