Marika Andersson

Marika serves as the operational backbone of our parish office, handling everything from daily communications and calendar coordination to supporting our day-to-day parish administration and operations.

Prior to joining Christ Church, Marika spent nearly four years at the Church of the Heavenly Rest in Manhattan. There, she spearheaded strategic income and space rental initiatives that directly supported church missions, successfully driving community partnerships and providing financial reporting to the Executive Committee. Her professional background also includes extensive experience in business operations and staff leadership within the wellness industry.

Marika earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business/Corporate Communications from Baruch College.

When she isn't in the office, Marika is usually busy being a soccer mom, cheering on her son and his team on a field somewhere throughout New York City.
