Liam Myers

Liam Myers serves as our Director of Children and Family Ministries. 

Liam is originally from Wisconsin and has lived in New York City for the past 5 years. He studied music at St. Norbert College and earned his Masters of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary. His passion for teaching and sharing the gospel is at the center of his vocation. He is the Parent Coordinator at the Manhattan Comprehensive Night and Day High School which is part of the New York City Public School system. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Religious Studies at Iona College. He has also served at Metro Hope Church in Harlem as a Children's Church Teacher. He has written for National Catholic Reporter and the Catholic Worker Newspaper.

Liam oversees the Parish’s ministries for families with young children. He will oversee our Sunday School, Youth Group, and other children and family ministries. Liam is tasked with offering Christian formation and fellowship for children, teens, and families in our parish, and providing age-appropriate resources, programs, and spiritual training at church and home.
