Register for the Quiet Day Today!
A Quiet Day is a day of silence and reflection. On this day Father Matt will offer four reflections, one on each of the Resurrection Narratives found in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Outside of worship service, silence is expected of all attendees while inside any of the church buildings. If you want to talk, go outside. Do not schedule any meetings at the Church on the day of the Quiet Day. The Tower Bell will ring one minute before each session begins. Please register / RSVP below. The cost of the Quiet Day is $25 and covers the cost of food and the redeption at the end of the day. Please plan to stay through the reception which will be festive, deliscious and fun!
8:30am - 10:30am: Light breakfast fare will be available in the Library.
9:00am: Opening Prayers & Quiet Day Overview in the Garden of Resurrection
9:10am: The Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ according to Saint Mark & Reflection
10:30am: The Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew & Reflection
12:00pm - 12:45pm: Lunch will be available in the Library (or in the Garden)
12:50pm: The Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke & Reflection
2:00pm: The Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ according to Saint John, Reflection
3:00pm: The Holy Eucharist in the Garden or Resurrection
3:30pm: Reception with fabulous drinks and snacks and engaging conversation about the Narratives. Father Matt will provide several special Easter Beers to taste, some excellent wine, and some really interesting cheeses.
