CHRISTMAS PAGEANT
Hello Christ Church Children and Families,
We are very excited to have you join us for the 2018 Christ Church Christmas Pageant, to be presented on Sunday, December 16th at 4:00. Please plan to attend our rehearsals and bring your family and friends to the performance. No one will have to memorize spoken lines, so there’s nothing to fear. Everyone will memorize the songs attached below, as well as some simple staging. We’ll have fun in the process, and rehearsals will conclude with PIZZA!.
Official rehearsals will be on Wednesday evenings at 5:00, November 28, December 5 and December 12, as well as Saturday morning, December 15 at 10:00. Rehearsals will begin in the Choir Room and move to Hoag Hall, lasting approximately 90 minutes. Please do your best to be present and prompt for these rehearsals. In addition, I will make myself available on all Saturday mornings at 10:00, beginning this Saturday after Thanksgiving, for anyone who would like to get a head start or extra practice. Kindly let me know if you would like to join me then.

3. The Friendly Beasts – songsheet and video link ; This song will be mostly solos, but everyone will sing the last line of each verse, as well as the last verse. You will notice there is a dove verse in the music that is not in the video, and a camel verse in the video that is not in the music. We will use the dove, and if we have enough eager soloists, maybe we’ll use both.
